This is designed for anyone who is looking to gain a solid Yoga foundation without being in a class that feels overwhelming. You will be guided into poses safely, and shown modifications to make your journey easy. Honouring your body and finding a sense of peace and balance while developing the basics of this practice.
This is also a great series for those who wish to gain a deeper understanding of their practice, or to return to basics and build strength and stability from the ground up.
