2019 Yoga Challenge


The 2019 Challenge has been announced!

Running May 1 - June 12, this 6 week challenge will get your practice to the next level.

Starting with a pre-challenge personal consultation, we will look at your goals and find ways to achieve them safely. We will take pictures of several basic poses (only you see them!) and then we will take after shots of the same poses to compare.

Every Monday night will be a “challenge participant only” class from 7-8:15. Participants will also be registered into weekend workshops happening Saturdays from 2-4.

Included is our STUDIO PASS. Unlimited yoga for the entire 6 weeks and an opportunity to purchase a pass at a discounted price after the challenge finishes!

There will be prizes!
